24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you must contact me directly.  This applies to working days only, so at weekends and bank holidays you will need to give more notice and count from the last working day  You will be asked to sign a copy of this cancellation agreement at your first session.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or none at all you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into the time slot. Consequently the full fee is charged for the scheduled appointment. The cancellation charge will be waived if another client is able to fill the appointment at short notice.
